Hi,

Can anyone please let me know whether the video playback on (xvid, avi and mkv) using rock player is smooth on Ace?

I read that mp4 play smoothly but I do not want to convert to mp4 everytime I want to watch movies. (mainly avi files).

Please advise as I'm comparing with the Acer Liquid Metal.

The ACE didn't receive rave review fro The STAR Intech today. I am now thinking of the HTC Incredible which will be out soon.

How about putting organising shortcuts on the homescreens instead?  Games on 1 screen, social stuff on another.  Can create folders too.

BTW, organising apps on Apps menu is doable by Optimus One out of the box.  I like that.

4gb not enough. Take 8gb minumum. Install papago already take 1 gb.

U need to reboot your Ace after rooting.Try reboot first then run app2sd.

Please install swiftp. Very helpfull file tranfer through wifi.

suddenly got this 1 ahmoi, said to me that.

"it is not worth it to buy an android. because if you dont know how to use it, it will overcharge you. just put in your sim and it will got roaming. got one of her customer the bill went up until rm100 without knowing."

so, i have no knowledge in android. what is this?
is she trying to kencing me?

why does black ace cannot use idefense SP? 
as a black Ace owner, I seriously feel that we black Ace owners are discriminated.

guise, do we get charge for turning on Location & security > use wireless network? even when connected to wifi?

Coming from the 5800 where Garmin turns on the GPS automatically, I always forget to turn on GPS by myself on the Ace.  Now used to it already.  Turn on GPS -> start GPS Test -> locked -> close GPS Test -> start Papago.
