Why stop? I thought we are having fun.

While TV price may drop, electricity price will increase so I think you best not buy the 65". They consume too much electricity. How to afford?  whistling.gif

Got point also,,, TV price may drop, but TNB bill won't drop....

But I won't care too much, if I have money, I just bring the 65 home and enjoy..... rclxms.gif

Thanks bro, yes...i'm not interested in that 3D feature.

I just think that 50V20 should be slightly lower that 5K. unsure.gif

the going price 2 months ago was about RM 4800, try checking with the forum sellers here.

Actually, I am waiting for 65" to drop below RM7000...then to hell with the electricity cost, I am going to buy another Plasma. For the time being, the 50" will have to do.

I just watched Green Zone (HD)... so good. I off the light, just like cinema......
If 65, wow, truly cinema experience..................

I think it's possible. The 50" price has dropped to 1/3 of it's old price. Similarly, 1/3 of a 65" present price is around RM7K.

But like the Sunny fellow says, I am worried I can not afford the electricity because sooner or later, all subsidy will be removed and price of electricity will shot through the roof. Have money to buy but no money to pay electricity, what a nightmare doh.gif

My next target will be 65-inch 3D. Hopefully the price will drop as you said. But I wouldn't mind purchasing if its price is around Rm 10,000.

I'm just worried about the 3D technology. Will glassless 3D be out soon and make the glass types obsolete? Even LG has cvome out with non-active glass type 3D.

waiting for the samsung real rdz tech.. its a passive 3d technology which i think has a very good potential... early next year they plan to roll out screen up to 27"...
3d is good.. but for large family and want to njoy with friend, a bit of issues cause u need to get the active glasses.

my goodness , where in this world did you come from . i have tried to refrain myself but cannot tahan

from your last few post here , you have made yourself to be such an idiot and once again proven here -

1) I think it's possible. The 50" price has dropped to 1/3 of it's old price. Similarly, 1/3 of a 65" present price is around RM7K. -let me tell you .panasonic here have imported far too many 50" panel thus under pressure to sell them cheap whenever new models are about to be introduce . i don't think the same apply to the 65" and furthermore ,if indeed it drop to RM 7k then many CC holders who already have other daily and monthly commitments will be tempted to purchase and possibly ,even mess-up their living with unnecessary burdens, especially when you said and quote -

all subsidy will be removed and price of electricity will shot through the roof. -

haven't you heard of some who bought houses and cars which are absolute necessities and top priority payback and yet struggles to pay bank installments up to 2 or 3 months and yet have to live out the burden of high energy cost . why do you think car manufacturers almost always work on fuel consumption improvement and why do you think TV makers always did the same on power and advertise their energy saving improvements as selling factor . your once stable job and income at 12K a month which you think you could easily afford a 65'' panel may suddenly stop and with the whole family financial burden under your shoulders , there are many factors to worry and consider about

you seriously lack common sense and socio and economic sense is way way beyond you and i laugh to myself for talking with you

Everyone makes error in judgement at times, because we are focused on getting something so badly; and I dont think your above statement is any fair in this topic of discussion.

Why can not tahan? Why torture yourself? You should let yourself go. Show us how wise you are.

If Panasonic can made a 'mistake' by importing too many 50" and have to sell them cheap, what make you think they wouldn't make the same 'mistake' again with the 65"? Have you not heard the saying "history repeating itself"? My bet is, they will make the same mistake.

V20 is 2010 top model. Did you compare it to the 2011 top model or just one of the 2011 lower end model?
