Yes, not just that. It is bulky and get very hot compared to other panel.
If you notice the back of the panel, you will find many cooling fans. The fans will produce noise after some time.

65" vt30 consume same watt as 50" vt20

If I have money I will buy 65", I won't bother the electric bill.... But I doesn't have money to buy 65", too bad...

After you bought a Ferrari, the cost of petrol is a drop in the ocean.
After you bought a 65", electricity cost is a drop in the ocean.

In other word, once you pay big bucks for those toys, the running cost should be the least of your worries. Still don't get it?

a ferrari could only be own by the super elite whereas a medium class could still afford a panny 65'' if they want to. the price of a new set panny 65 will drop if one is willing to wait awhile but a ferrari would not drop a lira no matter what

Ferrari cost RM800,000.00
Fuel consumption at 4 km per liter or 72.5 sen/km at RM2.90 per liter RON97.
Fuel consumption per year RM17,400 for 24,000 km
Per year, fuel cost 2.2% of car's worth.

65" Plasma cost RM22,000.00
Electricity cost RM1.4 per night or ~RM500 per year @ 500W/hr. 8 hr per night.
Per year, electricity cost 2.27% of TV's cost.

As you can see, the cost of running either Ferrari or 65" TV is around 2% of the product cost. Of course we all know that except little kids who need spoon feeding. Typical of a local education where kids are never encouraged to use their brain. A pity. If one can afford a Ferrari, 2% running cost should not be a problem. Likewise if one can afford a 65", 2% electricity cost shouldn't be either.

i have a friend who owns a ferrari. he has never made any statement regarding the increasing petrol price and toll fees.

if he komplains on the petrol and toll issue, i will ask him to think about his roadtax first which is the most damage to the wallet. lol

No need to study so hard lah. Just using common sense but it seems our education system do not encourage that, not the kid's fault, it's the system.

For example, for moral study in school and to get high mark, they must learn by heart the definition of a value and write it down word for word as written in the textbook. To use own word with exactly the same meaning will not get you high mark. They are killing innovation, creativity and common sense of our student.
