i think is really up to individual if they want to take up or not... but i would say somewhere rm8k + return air ticket at least twice a year (for home leave) + contractual bonuses of 2 months for every completion of service based on calender year.

again, that mayb still low for others... but if 5-6k, i would rather advice those fresh engineer to go spore to work...

5-6k is VERY HIGH if they are working in Malaysia. RM5-6K in Qatar... go singapore !

I just graduate and waiting for my degree intake course I apply for different u.
So I have a 5 months break and apply for a job for 4 months.
The person interview told me my working period is consider as intern and my salary 1.2k is consider very high.
I'm a diploma holder with 3.6+CGPA.
He said he hired me because my a top student.
So I would like to know if the salary is high or normal for my case.
