is the figure all in incl allowance? (assuming accomodation and transport is borne by company)

i think is really up to individual if they want to take up or not... but i would say somewhere rm8k + return air ticket at least twice a year (for home leave) + contractual bonuses of 2 months for every completion of service based on calender year. again, that mayb still low for others... but if 5-6k, i would rather advice those fresh engineer to go spore to work... |
