wow, lots of benefits...Very good german company

German company normally is ok in terms of benefit but increment is normal. Not exciting (3-5%)

i ride a bike to work....
i cook and da pao to work if can....
i dun go out...apart for sports which is usually free....i stay home and play with my pets

i've got no life to some ppl...but i think i enjoyed mine

Just want to ask about, if both of fresh graduate in the fields bachelor of technology major networking with CCNA certificate and another one without CCNA. Which one will get higher salary? And how much is the different? RM 200~300? And if both of them also did not working for 1 years after graduate, if you are the interviewer will you hire them to work with you as a fresh graduate or you will hire those who just graduate within 1~6months?

I see that some of you are very lucky. When I freshly started to work, I was paid rm908 only. After EPF etc .. dapat la RM890. Nowadays RM4.5K for fresh graduate. wow.

All I can advise is. try to focus on the field you are in to. If you in to automotive/IT/etc, try to focus on the same career path. Yes, The first 5-6 yrs the salary might not be as rewarding as those who like to swap job frequently but as you gain more experience, the industry would notice your capability and in the end the waits is rewarding. Yang bulat tu tidak datang bergolek. It took almost 11yrs for me to get where I am now. I know some got it even faster then me but never give up. That is all I can say. Only my 2cents. Salam

I'm aware the salary I'm receiving is quite high for an average employee who has only been working for a year. However do note that banking in general pays higher than most industry at the beginning but the increment rate is lower than other industry. Also another perspective, I believe my organisation pays higher salary but the bonus payout is a lot more smaller than other banks (even local banks for that matter).

thats a very good starting salary and tonnes of benefit.

I noticed that O&G industry offers very high salary + benefit compared to other industries
