I'm aware the salary I'm receiving is quite high for an average employee who has only been working for a year. However do note that banking in general pays higher than most industry at the beginning but the increment rate is lower than other industry. Also another perspective, I believe my organisation pays higher salary but the bonus payout is a lot more smaller than other banks (even local banks for that matter).
