If u look at the facade in last page again, it is similar to previous phase. Just additional storey. They didnt mention the pricing. Whats the indicative pricing? Ard 2mil i guess.

Saw this model in Eco park n according to SA the estimqted pricing is min Rm2.2-2.3mil (comparable with Sejati Residence n Symphony Hill ler) however land size is 41' x 85' only. Besides, SA also mentioned that high chances the layout will be redesigned again as many complains abt the pool on 3rd floor n limited rooms.

Malaysian cina apek...very practical n dont fancy stuff ha. Personally i like breakthrough concept. The pool is optional, it can n should b able to convert to extra room. Gut feeling it ll be optional kind of design to cater both group of buyers.

Buyers who can afford Rm 2.3mil+ house I would imagine they are at mid 40s who is always think how practical is the layout for family Ma. I thunk the pool could be the optional package as well.
