After 3 years, no one can guarantee anyone can be around. So wait and see what happens after 3 years?
What u can be sure of is cost of land, cement, labour etc will increase. |

The tower is ok I think. If it was pylon/high tension cable then have to worry. I do think that SP Setia is a responsible developer and will not put thief buyers at risk ad they put all their trust in them without much questioning. However if this tower put the slightest risk to residents' health at risk, all the effort they put in building thier reputation will go to waste. Just like Mah Sing.... raising price within the same day and the Semi D in Kinrara Residence- difference of first row and last row can have 500k difference. I mean, you should let your buyers make some money lah. Icon Residence is the same, launched at 900 psf- how do u expect your buyer to have upside? Donal Trump says- if u don't let your buyer make money buying from u, they will not come back to u again.

Oh doesn't sound like the one SP Setia is spending 35 million on building a direct access right? Why is SE Glade so lucky to have another access build for them to Puchong? Is it because of their link to PNB?

Don't worry-lah, Setia is a responsible developer. They will ensure the buffer zone also made up of orchard garden will be able to minimize the noise pollution. Anyway it is not uncommon to have house where thier backyard is facing the road e.g. Tropicana, Desa Park City, Bandar Utama etc etc..

Price will definitely increase by at least 5% as there is holding cost of land that has been purchased using bank loan. Land price is going up by double digit every year. There is a saying: "Buy land as they don't build anymore ".

Launched in October and it takes 6 months to be sold out could have something to do with the Ah Beng name. If only the branding is more International and classy, the take up would have been higher ;-)
