Extreme big land 26 x 95, plan to renovate internal to become > 3000 sqft.

Brother, u don't sapu so many lah, left some to others for own stay yah. Anyway, link villa percentage appreciation will be very promising.

I think Huan Xi type we can knock down the wall to extend the utility room towards dry kitchen area just for the 4th room. Don't worry this unit is not for flipping. My bro likes it as well n plan for own stay only biggrin.gif

For us, backing highway is a minus, South East orientation & orchard garden is a plus.

Since never kena island unit, fine with this mainland unit, because it is one of the lowest entry.

Can get BLR-2.5%?
I got BLR-2.45% with CIMB (no lock in, no min interest and no MRTA compulsory).

went o site visit SEG few days ago and noticed that the land clearing is in good progress.
The site elevation of SEG is approximately 1-2m above the lingkaran putrajaya which is a big plus!
79' long of land from your unit to perimeter fencing - a real advantage man!

Because its on strata, we will not be allowed to extend it out to the yard correct?
all renovations will be confined to internal.

I've got Huan xi too, but have no idea how to make another room out of it, plus i plan to keep the big backyard garden.
