You can actually see the site elevation if drive along lingkaran putrajaya.
Plant more durians la (***** mt cat king haha) in your orchard garden to block the noise biggrin.gif

Sales told me the sound proofing wall ll be built. It was mentioned during preview but no black n white. Owner may go n confirm it.

Don't worry-lah, Setia is a responsible developer. They will ensure the buffer zone also made up of orchard garden will be able to minimize the noise pollution. Anyway it is not uncommon to have house where thier backyard is facing the road e.g. Tropicana, Desa Park City, Bandar Utama etc etc..

looks like the 2.5 storey Liu Li Garden's An Ning & He Xie is even bigger than Ludwigia SemiD & even Sanur bungalow too~~!

I like this 3s design than the earlier phase....different architect firm....but I don't like the pricing
