This is the North Lake of Taman Tasik Cyberjaya and is not part of SEG.

The above pictures were taken from the new road that still under construction from Taman Tasik Cyberjaya to SEG. This road will be used by MCT@Lakefront as well.

Can see the water gushing out from one of the lake in Taman Tasik Cyberjaya.

The second pic is the entrance to SEG from Lingkaran Putrajaya and also the location of the proposed flyover link to/from Lingkaran Putrajaya.

So how did the market react to the launched phase and future launches of SEG or even in CBJ landed properties as a whole? :-)

Commercials in shaftbury Square is convincing with so many branded outlet set up there.
The launched of SEG definitely has drawn many investor attentions into cyber.
Commercials in Cyber slowly picking up however dun think it will be happening at least until completion of D'pulze (shopping + cinema) next year and completion of existing projects (SH, SEG, Pangaea, MBTL etc).
As bro XYYAP always mentioned - population x 3!

I don't think there are any plans to beautify the lake at least for the next couple of years. Reason is there r too many constructions going on and the dust will make the lake looks permanently dusty/unclean. So there is not much point beautifying it for now. Once CBJ are more transformed and slightly have less construction, it will be the final icing on the cake...

BBB....want to buy and has luck to get it is different. I always not the lucky one. Gd luck to all taikors here. From the conceptual book that given by developer the other islands are nice. But the next one that they are going to launch next yr is not my cup of tea.
