1mil 26x95 freehold 3k+ bu landed witb great concept of not just gng but living environment outside gng also partof the bubble, i am wondering many projects or existing landed prop which is at the price ll be super bubble contributor. Wow. Read today,s newspaper regarding sejati residence n saw the proposed access link directly to puchong beside the lake garden means beside setia eco glades. No need to go all the way to puchong south n pay toll. Cyberjaya ll not be isolated anymore!!

The link is from seg side to puchong which go underneath the putrajaya link beside seg. Work already wip. Part of seg dev.

it is not. The proposed access link is jus access road go underneath thr putrajaya link to go over puchong side..the another s8de of putrajaya link.

Sales told me the sound proofing wall ll be built. It was mentioned during preview but no black n white. Owner may go n confirm it.
