what was the launch price? around 1.67 after the 4% rebate right? so...about 250k gross?

Grasilis, almost RM1.8 mil. Investor cant tahan anymore? Not a good sign.

I wouldnt say investors...flippers are more accurate..

From what I understand no wastewater Or storm water from drainage is allowed to discharge into the lake between islands.
This is to mitigate the same issue that Setia Eco Park facing which the pond is designed as retention pond and exposed to pollution from nearby construction site.
In order to guarantee the water of the lake quality, they complete the drainage system and infra works of the whole site so that no soils will be washed into lake during raining throughout the construction period.
I am confident SEG will have a beautiful lake with fountains.

Why a flipper will flip Rm 1.8/9mil prop if no holding power? It doesn't make sense.

they know from the beginning they dont have holding power and just wanna make a quick buck as soon as it appreciates? happens quite often i think. i even know people selling properties even before VP. 20 30 k nett profit is still a profit to them.

Possible insiders with discount? People from previous Setia team?

Making RM 300k is good enough. Unless they can hold for another 5 years for the next property life cycle.

I bought for own stay and long term investment only so flipping is not my style.
