Haha. SEG Liu Li Garden 2 for own stay.
Just read the paper and they mentioned "Canine/dogs patrols" is that true? its not mentioned during purchase.

Moreover, they also plan to implement water patrolling as an additional security feature.
I'm not staying in the island, but its cool to see patrol guards in boats patrolling.wow.... first in housing area....

Went to the sales gallery on Wed. For eastern & western heritage island, left about 5 or 6 unit only.

Good choice among Cyberjaya high end residences.

How about Liu Li Garden 2?

I think around 4 or 5 unit. All are corner and T junction facing units.

I am not sure. I didn't check with them regarding the sales office and Lepironia Garden.

Before CNY only 50% sold. Looks Good!
