Hmmnn, talks about LuiLi Garden's - YouMei Courtyard size of 11"11" x 14"9".
Say its around 12ft x 15 ft. Come to think about it, its quite big indeed.
Though of taking out all the glass panels ( 3 surrounds it i think ).
Then can become a dining hall with Double ceiling heigh??
But of course possible block by 2 pillars perhaps...
Anyone know whether the 3 are glass windows / doors?

I think could be glass doors. There is one row of tiles on one side of the floor which means you can go in hence they are not only windows.

But why? Aren't the dining and AV areas big enough already?

Areca is newbie in prop sector. In this junction or this part of property cycle, it is safer to go well known and stronger developer. Unless it is super value buy.

Visited some other show houses that have Double Ceiling Heigh on Living hall or Dining hall and it looks good.
The Courtyard can be sealed with Glass Roof/Panel then the Ceiling of the courtyard is up to the roof oh.

Something like this, this picture ( from website ) is taken from Sejati Residence, CJ.
This picture is from a 3 storey building though. but the angle of the picture is around the height of a 2 Storey Roof level.
Im not sure how big is Sejati Residence living hall area. But if Liuli-YouMei courtyard is around 12*15ft.
Looks like its do-able for a dining hall. heh heh... just cover the roof with glass panel. but not sure how much it will cost ohhh... around 180 SqFt2 ler..
