I see the potential of CBJ in the next few years, she will turn out to a very nice place to stay...but currently the amenities there are really disappointed. Everytime I bring my wife there always see some Middle Easts and Blacks hanging ard at the eat place, which she is not very comfortable. |

When the Middle East comes u know that the place is gonna be high end just like Edgware Road in London. As for the Blacks I can't comment much as it is a hub for International Students. I guess it looks a lot as they are easily picked up in a crowd, just like the whites.If you go to Brickfields and you are a Chinese, u will be easily picked up as well. Maybe when KLIA 2 picks up later of the year your wife will not feel comfortable with the presence of pretty air stewardess everywhere too.... |

Once the amenities are in place, do you think the property price will still like current? Buy now to lock in the price before out of reach.
Note - I only encourage people buying landed for investment. Blue color roof = ludwigia (unit 009, 010)
