If they have the plan to set up sales office at SMD club house that meant they will beautify the road entering SEG plus landscaping the lepironia garden to attract potential buyers. However as per the latest site progress, I doubt the landscaping can be ready by jun / jul 14. Still lots of works to be carried out.

Went to the sales office yesterday. For LV, left only T-junction facing units and corner unit. As for the Western Heritage, I guess around 40% left.

40% left = 60% sold i will say it's not bad although not fantastic response.
