Confirmed can not direct from phone. I just tried yesterday.

Many has use the "Erase All Content and Settings" from reset option and got stuck on apple logo. Best choice would be to restore it before sending it for claim or even selling your iphone.

At last, today i manage to get my replacement iphone 4 from digi after 3 month ++ of waiting. My home button 100% rosak already.

omg.. i finally got my ipon replaced, after submitting report since March. That;s like a whole 7 month!!

those who went to Maxis for the HOME Button issue replacement,

before they replace the phone do they check the warranty by keying it into the system or something? really had no time to get a replacement for my phone. got my phone on the 24th Sept, gotta try my luck this weekend

Better go for maxis or celcom.

haha ,screen protector for iphone is darn expensive. last time i buy rm 40 for front and behind before my phone got changed from maxis.if for normal android phone rm10-15
and i like this new maxis screen protector than my older one. the older one is ok but easily get scratch/dirty ..
and from far its like i nver use screen protector

btw if ios5 is out,need to unjailbreak again ?

I think now they already have the replacement stocks. 2 of my cust got their replacement sets this week.
Maybe because if iphone 4S out gua.

If my iPhone the home button not do responsive but still working, still can claim warranty? The warranty almost ending already though. So need to act fast.

Go claim it while its still under warranty.

How long will it take cause i need to use my phone ..

My home button also having same issue.. Planing to send for phone shop to fix it.. Cos Digi need 1 month time to fix it..

For maxis set try at maxis klcc. There are chances that you will get replacement set on the same day.
