Went to Maxis yesterday to get mine and my wife's phone replaced and to our surprised, we were replaced with brand new iphone 4's instead of refurbished set. Was surprised as both of us got new phones after using it 11 months ++.

Yes bro, they took the pen knife and cut the seal box in front of me and pass me the phone and service card from the box and he kept the remaining box with them. He then labelled the box with some code and wrap the box with my RMA report. He did this similarly not only for mine but for my wife's set too. Both sets were passed to us from a brand new seal box which they cut the seal with pen knife in front of us. May be they ran out of refurbished sets..

You can't hear and it will be very soft because the plastic is covering the speaker. You will also have blur pictures if you take pictures with the plastic covering the rear camera.
Remove it and get a proper screen protector for front and back. smile.gif
