Wow, digi iphone set really takes so long to give a replacement set.
Better go for maxis or celcom. |

My brother's iphone4 maxis set has home button issue as well.
However, the problem is not consistent, sometimes ok, sometimes not ok. I am not sure whether my brother should go klcc to get a replacement set or not. Or should he wait until the button is fully not working? If I go claim warranty that time the button works properly, then, how to claim? Please advice, thanks! |

QUOTE(enriquelee @ Oct 11 2011, 10:58 PM) Might be not worth waiting, coz of 4s coming soon. Definitely not coz of home button issue. Will go try claim. My case is 4 out of 10 times can not, they also replace for me. Don't worry. May I know if replacement is a new iPhone or not? Some of them here said it is a refurbished iPhone. But, I don't understand. Tq |

QUOTE(MyKy44 @ Oct 12 2011, 01:41 AM) i highly doubt so because: However, I know that it is quite easy to seal back a box, brother.1. when u buy new phone, the salesperson will cut open the ipon4 box (sealed) in front of u. 2. everything inside is completely untouched 3. the person will cut out your micro sim and insert into the phone. when claim warranty, u're given a phone without any box, just with the pelapik skrin on front and back. QUOTE(joshua5367 @ Oct 15 2011, 06:43 PM) My iphone 4 home button is somehow "sunk" a little bit but it still functioning as usual 80% of the time. No harm trying to claim. But, must go KLCC. The clicking experience of the home button is bad, I need to press harder to register the home button click compared to other iphone (on display set or my friend's iphone). So, any1 having the similar issue? Can i claim warranty on that ? Added on October 15, 2011, 6:56 pm QUOTE(makaveli @ Oct 14 2011, 11:54 AM) are you sure on this bro ? because this question been raising and i remember last time a forumer just show the privilage card to claim without the 1st owner. I think it depends on which staff is serving you. But, if I am using one which it's data plan does not belong to me, how? my IC shouldn't work! My opinion is that we go to another maxis centre to claim. There must be one maxis centre which don't request for IC. This post has been edited by CLian: Oct 15 2011, 06:56 PM |

The customs gestures are intuitive enough to let folks with disabilities like blindness to use the iPhone. Sorry, disappointed you.
