I have a faulty home button too.
A few questions i would like to ask before i go and ask for warranty 1) What is the best way to do back up for -sms -calender -todo -played and save games -Notes -msg in chat app, ie whatsapp, ping chat and etc 2) Do we need to remove the jailbreak before ask for warranty? 3) Maxis will do 1 to 1 exchange? i am a maxis iphone plan user. Thank you for answering in advance. |

I plan to do rma for my iPhone 4 due to faulty home button. My phone already jail break.
Should I do back up 1st only unjail break. Or unjail break 1st then only back up. |

From my phone I go to setting > general > reset > reset all setting.
Or I need to connect to itune and restore |

I just got my replacement unit at Maxis KLCC.
Service provided is superb. Must praise the staffs. Got a number, 5 customer infront of me. Waited 15 mins, then my turn. Find out my wife forget to bring IC, have to go back home to get it. After got the IC go back, no need to re-queue. The same staff approach us immediately upon we enter Maxis center. Waited 1 hour, got the replacement unit.  |
