Good news guys,
After havings a lot of disappointment with my iPhone 4 homebutton. I made a decision to go to the Maxis Centre KLCC, which is the main branch for Maxis Centre. I reached there at 9 AM and was told the Technician will only come in the office at 10.30 AM at the earliest. But I was told I can get my phone within the same day. So I surrendered my phone at 9 AM, approximately at 11 AM I received a brand new looking iPhone which is scratchless and the homebutton very virgin. I'm lovin my changed phone now. My advice is the best thing directly go to Maxis KLCC for immediate assistance. Good luck guys. |

My home button is starting to give sign after 9 months. not that critical yet. Need to press twice or trice at most to bring up the multitask. Or maybe its the phone lag? Still have 3gb of space on a 16gb. Do you think Digi would even consider replacing it?

how to classify it as serious problem on home button? im not sure.
recently, i keep on pressing many times (can be more than 10 times) in order to bring up the multi-task part - to end the apps inside. but when i press it to close the apps, is ok. most need to press additional 1 or 2 times. if want to bring up the multi-task bar, need to press many times. is it home button issue? |

QUOTE(nonameNo @ Sep 8 2011, 11:13 AM) thanks. do they normally repair on the spot or have to leave the phone there? they will ask u to wait for 7-14 days for the replacement unit arrive...u need to have a backup phone before u sent the warranty claim...if leave there, then have to get a spare phone to use. |
