Just bought my iPhone 4 from Maxis KLCC 1 month ago and nowadays my home button also started to have problem. So if I go back will they replace me a new set or refurbished set?do i have to wait for few days?

Don;t be too sure you will get a replacement. Staff there will give you hard time. Unless 9times out of 10 is not responding.

intermittent failures really suck.. when u use it, it fail. when the counter ppl press, it's all good.

If no warrant they charge how much ?

went to digi center at bkt tggi klg on monday (18/7/11) and yesterday (20/7/11) they callled me to collect replacement set. only today will go and take. my set only minor home button problem and they willing to change saying its 'biasalah' with iphone 4. i just hope the replacement set is as good as ppl says. btw, do you guys clear/reset to factory b4 exchanging? any problem for apple id accont when you setup the replacement set?

i have the same problem....i bought at dg store 2months ago..now problem comes....the home button sometimes cant function at random "time" ... sommore...when some1 SMS / Call me..my Slide to View cannot slide 1...i must press power off button 1st..then only can "slide to unlock" ( not slide to view) .... furthermore...i found 1 problem last week when some1 calling me...i slide it..the slide icon stuck at the end of the SLIDER... i totally stunned there ! it wont stop ringing lol... im thinking to claim my warranty at DiGi...but duno whether how their respond...some1 has this issue? and wat their respond?

argh i cant take it anymore. my home button really screwed up and i bought this phone not more than 2 months ago also. it responds like 1 time after i pressed 5-8 times. its maxis set by the way. going to maxis klcc tmr and ask for a replacement.

urmm the middle button problem thing comes on and off. its the same for me. im too lazy to have it repaired so i just have to tolerate with it. has been a few months. hope the new iPhone, or even the newer batch of the current iPhone has a fix to this problem. double clicking is a bane most of the time.

mine need to try 2-3 times to bring the app switcher out. very frustrating. got hope to replace? still left 1 month warranty.

I noticed that my iphone home button became less responsive after I accidentally dropped the phone. What is the possibility that Digi is willing to replace it cos the problem is intermittent.  I have about 3 mths warranty left.
