Has anyone flashed their DIR-615 (fw 7.09) with DDWRT? I'd like to know the results.

I'm still on my shitmyx connection. Although it's slower... IMO way more reliable than Unifi. Plus despite calling for more than 15 minutes, no one picked up my call at all. Semua pergi makan dah?! |

QUOTE(NoobboyZzZ @ Feb 15 2011, 10:14 PM) My unifi service was installed on 13-1-2011 at Sungai Long area. All things seems ok in the beginning except some bad signal once in a while. However recently, my service is totally out. No internet, no tv, no phone. So I filed a report to TM Unifi on 3-3-2011. Report number: 1839281899. They said they will look into it, and the technical agent will contact me to verify the status. However until today 8/3/2011, I still have not received any update from their side. And instead I have to call in everyday to the unifi customer service to check and enquire about the problem. And every time I called in I have to at least wait for 10-15 mins before I was attended to. And sometimes the line even get cut off during the conversation and I have to called again and wait and wait. Just a frustrating experience dealing with Unifi.Just made a call to customer service again, they mentioned they don’t have much information to update me cause they also have no info or update from the 2nd level. 2nd Level is in charging the technical issues. So they just ask me to wait again as there is nothing they can do about it. And there is nothing I could do either. What’s happening with this TM Unifi thing??? What’s happening to the customer service and technical service? even though they mention 24/7 service, and I don’t think they are doing it. Or else I don’t think they’ll need such a long time just to handle this little problem. I would demand for compensation if this is still not solved in a timely manner. Really hope that TM-Unifi will take a deep and clear look into this issue. |

Hey guys , I subscribed to unifi a month ago with someone, installation and everything was fine but I don't have my service ID to log into the unifi website and pay my bills.
I don't have a registration confirmation slip either, only the unifi acceptance form they gave me during the installation. Do I have to go to a TM point ? It's kinda far so I'm trying to avoid this option. This post has been edited by Mikeshake: Mar 8 2011, 03:17 PM |

Added on March 8, 2011, 4:20 pm QUOTE(doremon @ Mar 8 2011, 10:01 AM) You all to busy for wireless improvements while im busy to disconnect the wireless 101% LOL. Yesterday got a call from my neighbor he said he still able to access my unifi. Really give up on this matter. I simply shut the modem and router the whole night yesterday just because of that incident. Bummer. How the hell he can get/crack my wireless after I shut everything down. Really puzzle me here huhuhu Just disable Wireless function in your router. Use wired. For wireless, the right way to go, hide SSD, strong WPA password.
