What area u from? I just got recover from slow connection at usj subang jaya after kept on complaining since 3 weeks ago. Pls call them and file a report on your problem and kept chasing them every 2-3 days until problem resolved.

According to the site the promotion has been extended indefinitely. =.=" Heck maybe it's not even a promotion at all!!!

firstly, you need report your problem. i've been using since july last year. I must say, very stable at least for my case.

if you're on vdsl you should check your snr/attenuation, could be badcopper. or the vdsl port. I do have teething problem from time to time. normally l'll just write to them, somebody will call within 24 hts.

Hi guys,

I'm new to Unifi just connected today and i had been struggling to set the DIR 615 to bridge mode. I went over to Rizvanrp website and read the guidelines. Downloaded the firmware 7.05 so i can downgrade the stock firmware 7.09. But when i tried to load it, i got error message that says that the file is an invalid config file. Anyone has an idea how to overcome this?

The speed is abit crap at night for sure due to heavy traffic. It was already like tat when I was under streamyx. As long as I dun dl at night the speed is actually acceptable for heavy website n YouTubing. I only dl past mid night n leave it there when I sleep.

Notice that when loading Youtube HD the speed not affected...

but do check your hardware properly since it ok on first day it must be either the unifi system failure or hardware defact

The given DSL router are in the latest version compare to the web ones. Try use custom router setup instead. used the 2nd one. manual method.

Added on April 3, 2011, 7:02 pmmy problem is like this.... the unifi people call and ask me to turn off everything for 5 mins... after that turn on back... after turn on really have a awesome connection.... but after 10 mins... it totally disconnected.... so what do you all think ?? experience ??

Lodge a report dude. I had problem twice, and in those cases, their tech support team were very responsive and helpful. Received many followup calls after the problems were solved. Dun just blame TM. Anyway, been using Unifi for the past few months without any problem
