Why only Universal Channel HD is jagged and pixelated? Yesterday everything is good and pixel perfect.

Call cs today n they told me that usj, subang n certain kl's areas are affected with network issue causing the internet slowdown after 7pm-3am. This network problem are related to tmnet ip address. No wonder my unifi are so slow at night..
