I drop all my weights for any sort of dumb bell presses except for my warmup sets, as my sets are at least 80lbs... =/

Correcting the idiots is not necessary, they'll tell you, I have a trainer. They are teaching me the right way.
I'm like WTF bro? In my gym there are like 3 Instructors, but teaching very bad form. One they their clients will much likely hurt their back and have joints problem. CONFIRM

So I would just don't give a f***, do it your way. smile.gif

If you drop your weights because its too heavy, I understand. Sometimes, people just do it because they like the attention. Just the other day, someone did it and made it very obvious. Stood up and smiled even though there was a sign next to him that said "Don't drop the weights". Talk about ignorant and stupid.

Also, another thing I can't stand is clowns who use the barbells / dumbbells and don't bother to put it back. Are you that lazy? You picked it up. Make sure you place it back in the RIGHT location. Don't put a 10kg dumbbell in the 50kg spot you imbecile.

Once i did my bench press on a CHEST day, a guy literally stop me and asked me to change my grip closer.

Tt would be closed grip BP working my triceps. I said i wanted to work chest and it would be tricep if i used the closed grip but he insisted on it.

So i just did it anyway to make him go away.. wtf.. totally messed up my 3rd set..

some people really don't know which muscle are they working on..

i am not mad at the person. we knew each other for a long time. but he is giving some false/myth advice to newbies..... i pity the noobs

Dude, ignore him, or you could do this:

Which is why one should not help/give points to other people if they did not ask for it. Yes I do chuckle when Alpha Bros give their Bros wrong advice, but I ain't saying shit cause nobody asked.

I've seen a Kazakhstan guy fully naked and walking out from the shower before. He doesn't feel awkward at all with so many guys looking lol.
