smith machine hoggers! do a fricking 10kg bench press and rest like forever.

i need to go early in the morning when there is no one in the gym for a leg day or else, i cant do squat.

there is no squat rack in my gym.

Once i did my bench press on a CHEST day, a guy literally stop me and asked me to change my grip closer.

Tt would be closed grip BP working my triceps. I said i wanted to work chest and it would be tricep if i used the closed grip but he insisted on it.

So i just did it anyway to make him go away.. wtf.. totally messed up my 3rd set..

some people really don't know which muscle are they working on..

i am not mad at the person. we knew each other for a long time. but he is giving some false/myth advice to newbies..... i pity the noobs
