1.Never wipe sweat on bench or equipment.
2.Got this guy that Take Tricep bar,Ez Curl,2 set of fix dumbbell and 1 barbell and use it like forever.Even when resting he just leave it in front of him and when another guy ask if he can use he say he is still using.
3.Sit or rest on gym equipment/machine for a long time.

Out of topic story about this guy.He was putting weight on the barbell to do bench press so I offered him my help to be a spotter since no one else was with him to be a spotter.He said he can do it alone and he has been doing it for a long time without problem.So I say ok lah.As I watch I notice he was using the suicide grip so I told him not to use that style because it's dangerous(he claim he read online that it's better).Luckily he listen to my advice not to use suicide grip because less then 2 rep he could not lift it anymore and the bar was at his chest.After helping he lift the barbell I found out that it was his first time doing bench press and I guess he had more ego than brain.

why sum gym owners always think they are opening a disco?
was lifting today, very happy cz the weights area are empty, very peaceful atmosphere...
whn i reach the last few sets, damn the speaker was booming like nobody's business, thn i cant lift anymore
go dwn do cardio and balik....

Same with me forgot to mention that to in my previous post.If I go to the gym during weekdays in the afternoon.I will be like the only one in the gym and the song will be so loud that even my concentration will be gone.Dumbbell will feel 2x it's weight rclxub.gif

everytime i go to the gym, have to walk back downstairs tell thm too loud,
they adjust adjust d, the bass still damn strong....

no idea.. my friend just told me the story just now... but it's definitely not just once. I thought it was accidental but every time he sits up he toots apparently.
