1.Never wipe sweat on bench or equipment.
2.Got this guy that Take Tricep bar,Ez Curl,2 set of fix dumbbell and 1 barbell and use it like forever.Even when resting he just leave it in front of him and when another guy ask if he can use he say he is still using.
3.Sit or rest on gym equipment/machine for a long time.
Out of topic story about this guy.He was putting weight on the barbell to do bench press so I offered him my help to be a spotter since no one else was with him to be a spotter.He said he can do it alone and he has been doing it for a long time without problem.So I say ok lah.As I watch I notice he was using the suicide grip so I told him not to use that style because it's dangerous(he claim he read online that it's better).Luckily he listen to my advice not to use suicide grip because less then 2 rep he could not lift it anymore and the bar was at his chest.After helping he lift the barbell I found out that it was his first time doing bench press and I guess he had more ego than brain.
