Remove hard disks from computers and move very powerful magnet up and down the hard drive in slow yet purposeful manner...................... please don't do that... im joking.

But seriously, just remove the drives and format them by attaching them to a different computer. Should not be an issue.
*
Don't that but come out same result. I find it very odd. That 2 identical computer having the same problem. So I was just wondering, is there a Linux Distros that can protect the hard disk from being formatted? Anyway thanks for all your help.

The only to prevent a drive from being formatted is physical write protection. I really can't imagine what sort of physical write protection is there on a hard drive. Are those special hard drives or soemthing?

If not, then DBAN is your next option.

What I love about jdownloader is link grabber, I can copy continuous URL from megaupload and paste it into jdownloader. Disable the ip check and check all to continue downloading without need to wait extra queue for non premium account holder. Even we can't do downloading all the files at the same time, but keeping them in a row and let jdownloader download one by one is consider good for me. Attached Image
