oh man, that are the simple 3 fingers command shown by axxer thing and you are giving up   
The file need to be tick as executable, which sometime it rejected.

I am give some simple example to run that file, contoh

abc123.exe need to be run in wine, the permission need to be give to normal user and or group if you want it by:-
sudo chmod 777 abc123.exe see again if you can click the executable

wine abc123.exe or just right click the abc123.exe and open with wine.

Abit itchy hand-ed and went and try Linux Mint Mint-X n Mint-X Metal Theme

I do hope Mint tweak their themes abit coz ermm they looked abit :    Shockingly abit ugly 

Because he has made a lot of changes, or things into his Ubuntu.
