just to point out solaris dutamas quality is totally sucks compared to other sunrise's offering in MK's vicinity. am guessing this is going to be another 'uncontrolled' in terms of quality project for them??
would appreciate if any other person in the know to share more information on this project here. thanks.

Getting Started

|
I don't really like this type of last minute pressure selling. It seems that they will only release info on the first preview to those who got invitation. Then, those ppl will be pressured to make quick decision because many others signing up. Because they know they are the first batch, they do not want to lose their privilege and buy because of fear of losing out, not because they think it is good.

It's typical, but I'm sure the seniors are more than capable to make sound judgement on this. By the way, Any updates?

QUOTE(webby88 @ Jan 14 2011, 12:29 PM) Queue started already???? Please bring your maid to sleep there. Added on January 14, 2011, 12:33 pmI think Sunrise will need to clarify the status during the sales. Not let the lawyer clarify. Please correct me if i am wrong. But what Sunrise say is irrelevant at the end of the day and its what's on the black and white S&P that matters, no?

now rumours say got CP liao. ????
whatever gimmicks they used, IF they succeeded in tempting the 1st batch to wallop all the units, then chances of them flipping for a decent profit would be almost certain liao, right?
well, the staff told me they are still open for negotiation even though they themselves do not know what sort of terms would be imposed to them. they are looking at quick money. will update you guys irrespective of whatever happens.

QUOTE(kochin @ Jan 14 2011, 11:53 AM) apparently there's a huge queue in their sales office now. and they are not permitted to any information as it's only by invitation basis. still undecided whether it's a good buy or not. also understand that the 2nd block only would be residential friendly, not the currect 1st block launched. What time u went? when I went there in the morning ok ok what. Still got ppl entertain me.

haha it could be a good marketing/branding for the newly "merged" UEML-Sunrise... specifically for UEML (u know our Summer thingy marked our entry into KLCC market)

latest update: cheapest unit for non bumi from RM361k starting from 13th floor. 11th, 12th and 14th floor are bumi floors. more than 30% sold as of now. to those "1st batch" people going tomorrow, expect pricing to be in the region of RM500k on average per unit with bigger floor area. i think 2nd batch can save the time.
PS: Pai, did you manage to secure any units?

I wonder how you all got the preview invitation. I registered my interests in the sunrise website a couple of weeks back. I haven't got any email from them.
Off-topic: What do you guys think about the KL Eco City project? I was at the preview last weekend the indicative price is RM1100 psf if I'm not mistaken.

YOU HEARD IT RIGHT. they are looking for average price of RM1100psf for the residential units in klecocity. newly completed suasana bangsar - limited avaible units for sale from developer are now priced from RM700psf.
