just to point out solaris dutamas quality is totally sucks compared to other sunrise's offering in MK's vicinity.
am guessing this is going to be another 'uncontrolled' in terms of quality project for them??

I don't really like this type of last minute pressure selling. It seems that they will only release info on the first preview to those who got invitation. Then, those ppl will be pressured to make quick decision because many others signing up. Because they know they are the first batch, they do not want to lose their privilege and buy because of fear of losing out, not because they think it is good.

It's typical, but I'm sure the seniors are more than capable to make sound judgement on this. By the way, Any updates?

latest update:
cheapest unit for non bumi from RM361k starting from 13th floor.
11th, 12th and 14th floor are bumi floors.
more than 30% sold as of now.
to those "1st batch" people going tomorrow, expect pricing to be in the region of RM500k on average per unit with bigger floor area.
i think 2nd batch can save the time.

I wonder how you all got the preview invitation. I registered my interests in the sunrise website a couple of weeks back. I haven't got any email from them.

Off-topic: What do you guys think about the KL Eco City project? I was at the preview last weekend the indicative price is RM1100 psf if I'm not mistaken.

YOU HEARD IT RIGHT. they are looking for average price of RM1100psf for the residential units in klecocity.
