do like empire.? Empire SOHO = Small Office Hip Office in the legal document. Also mention meant for office purpose only.

nowadays lotsa lotsa these kinda "hybrid" stuffs... very misleading...

almost everything these days or coming future will be like hybrid (recall hybrid car, even now in accounting, etc) .. neither here nor there :sad

Trouble is during sales, SA just mention SOHO or Service suites. Buyers think can be both. Come to S&P, mention for office purpose only. How? This is the case of Empire Damansara. But Empire furnish with bed. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif LOL........

apparently there's a huge queue in their sales office now. and they are not permitted to any information as it's only by invitation basis.
still undecided whether it's a good buy or not.
also understand that the 2nd block only would be residential friendly, not the currect 1st block launched.

If sales people@sunrise market it as SOHO (convey that it is residential) but on the S&P it is Small Office Hip Office like Empire. then is it still purely office play? or a big question mark?

I think Sunrise will need to clarify the status during the sales. Not let the lawyer clarify.

How easy would it be to rent out office space here? Will the redevelopment around this area increase its value? Is it considered grade A offices? Just thinking these questions out loud..
