Trouble is during sales, SA just mention SOHO or Service suites. Buyers think can be both. Come to S&P, mention for office purpose only. How? This is the case of Empire Damansara. But Empire furnish with bed. LOL........

If sales people@sunrise market it as SOHO (convey that it is residential) but on the S&P it is Small Office Hip Office like Empire. then is it still purely office play? or a big question mark?

How easy would it be to rent out office space here? Will the redevelopment around this area increase its value? Is it considered grade A offices? Just thinking these questions out loud..
