Preview usually no brochure. Brochure means all approvals obtain liaow. So delivery when?

i reckon they are targeting flippers here once they changed it to Business Suite to entitle more people to get 90% loan
fast selling than SOHO (for 70% loan only)
smart move but i wonder how will the subsale market would be once completed. time will tell

aiyo, dun get me wrong, you need to read:
1) 2nd block is nearer to highway
2) somemore Sunset will price it more expensive...
