Best size for SOHO is 550-600sqft |

the competitive within the Summer Suites Blk 1 and blk2 will be darn fierce...but good thing is...blk 1 entry price should be lower than blk2.... well, that's always the way it is isn't it... |

let's wait & confirm the size and the detail first lar...
anyway dun forget the downside of this project oso: - leasehold - cemetary - kampung baru - facing abandoned building - might be too small for a size of studio - maybe too high density (last time I heard 1000+ units) - concept (IMHO is the most important factor!!!!!!)
