+1. Tenant just moved into mine at 1.8. Previous tenant from 2021 was 1.6. Mco tenant was 1.5. Pre mco I was getting 2.5 though.

Beyond the economy opening up, there’s more new supply of fancier units too. I wonder how these older units that were once so hot remain competitive. Does the JMC invest in new ID or fixtures to remain competitive? Or is it a slow descent to the bottom?
