Somebody has moved in actually as resi,but honestly the title is "pejabat",really hard to convince others as a resi although furnish and equip like resi...but since already bought it,no choice lo...at least u r not alone...(cause most of the owners already frunish like resi already),good luck

if you go and check at THE PLACE@cyberjaya and up coming thousand ARTE MONT KIARA. many others new development you wont feel alone. more this type of resi going to flood market.

Saw many units fully furnished for resi, management allow mattress and bed moving in.
Some units rented both for office ( bigger unit ) and resi for small units such as studio and 1 bedroom.

In another 1 to 2. months , it is going to be a happening place. Rental between RM 4 to 5psf. It seems a good sign despite poor market sentiment.
