1. This is malaysia. If nothing goes wrong, ok. If something goes wrong. Surely owners kena coz this development not meant for dwelling.

2. Split airconds. Then no issue on this.

3. Office can have fire, robbery and water overflow but thats not the point. The point is that u have some offices and some for dwelling (if owners rent them out as resi). I am almost 100% sure there will be complains. Dbkl will come when there r complains.

4. Insurance issue is pretty obvious here.

Will all risks highlighted, if no one wants to listen and proceed, it is normal. This is malaysia anyway. How many of Malaysians put all of their kids on child seats in the car (not just the baby)? Not many.

My mates just bought SS cheap and flip. They don't boost here n there, so its fine. They are one of the many who love Empire style.

Based on Empire, demand is quite good even though it's mainly non HDA. Values have gone way above initial prices.

i think it's pretty obvious that some are vested parties.
and some are soxo supporters.

hence say what you will, their points would always be:
1. any laws to prevent staff from working overnights?
2. did you see how it is designed? got hood and hob, got shower, got swimming pool, got gym, etc. and show house also got beds, etc.
3. demand from owners and market demands?
4. there are no documents explicitly saying that it does not permits residential within the premise/parcel

actually, it's the same set of questions from those not in favoured of these 'shemales' products:
1. any companies that promotes working overnights? and long term? we are not talking about night shift works but regular works that constantly and consecutively promotes overnight works.
2. what you see in design or showhouse. it's all ID. at a quick turnaround, developers when queried can just say it's meant to showcase an ID firm operating in it. all a furniture manufacturer showroom. etc.

The food court at 10th floor is really a food court, and is small. Earlier say got food republic... Don't think this is real.

Heard that the CCC will delay again.. from end of April to mid May, then delay to end May, now mid June..got property but cannot do anything to the unit..
