There are pro & con for this Dev... Anyway, the information is incomplete and no point for guessing so early. For sure sunrise will not stupid selling too cheap. As you can see the MK price from thier launch.

On another hand, surrounding also started quick few development and by time that road surely jam.... One good point that more building mean someone will prefer stay nearby... But will this applied in KL or you will prefer stay in big houses instead of 400sqf? Or expat also prefer 400sqf to live? To rent out is that so easy? As 1000 SOho going to be VP at the same times.... Again see who hv the luck to sell fast or rent fast...

Got news.... Is starting from 450sqf for 330k!... Is about 800psf!

hi,

today went there very late and SA told me today got sold about 10 units. anyway, i heard this tower suppose to be service apartment due to some title issue. therefore, Sunrise launch this as VOS.

addition, i heard almost fully furnish...

~~ minumum now is 400k ~48x sqf

The LAD also depends how much longer they drag. If they gave VP at mid of april, i am sure the extra LAD cannot compensate for the GST.
