Just wondering out loud, if classification is office, and office is usually open to public, does that mean any Tom dick and Harry can enter and use these facilities too?
Is the deck controlled via card access or public? |

Any visitors have to register with security to get an access card to get to the lift. Is the deck controlled via card access or public? Owner owner's access cards can access to the facilities area. |
