FR also bought here.. He is expecting 9% yields on the original price..based on todays price can hit 5% or not?

I must say Giggs is no uncle but is young n rich drool.gif drool.gif What are u goin to do with ur SOVO (where is it btw).. This is the reason why many seasoned investors avoid hybrid products that try to portray themselves as apartments.

Just wondering out loud, if classification is office, and office is usually open to public, does that mean any Tom dick and Harry can enter and use these facilities too?
Is the deck controlled via card access or public?

Any visitors have to register with security to get an access card to get to the lift.

Owner owner's access cards can access to the facilities area.

This view should be taken from Block A unit 17 if I'm not mistaken ya? biggrin.gif

Fraser Residence running as a hotel/serviced apartment with rate of around RM300++ onwards per night.

I was at the handover office this afternoon, were you there taking your keys around 230pm?

Yeah I was there.. place is not bad honestly. Summer suites for airbnb also not bad.

My opinion is this place will work better as a service suite. Targeting young professionals eg SAP consultants, young japanese, IT engineers from India.
With good transportation, nightlife, mncs, these could turn out to be plus points...
