80-90% sold. Rough estimation though.

Only a few units of the smallest size left. Mostly 13A.

Any idea if Sunrise will allow change of name/s with no penalty?
*
You can add names, but you can't remove the name stated on application form. That was what the staff who took my cheque told me.

it is an office with shower, pantry, swimming pool & gym facilities and even a balcony.

Google " Business Suites" and you'll find beds in quite a few images.

Just collect my keys. Microwave, fridge, induction hob and hood from Electrolux; Airconditioners from Daikin; Water Heater from Panasonic.

Workmanship is pretty good too.

sour grapes maybe? tongue.gif

For me, I just want to see how this type of product goes.
Whether authorities will accept resi usage for soxo products.
If this one can, then ho see liao, screw hda. Next time just keep whacking soxo products will do. Cheap absolute price, dual use wor. Damn worth mah, hor?
So what if developer give you 200sf floor plate or no car park or commercial utilities rates.
As long as cheap absolute price, who cares, right?
Malaysia memang boleh.
*
Well , aren't you barking up the wrong tree?

Any reply from purchasers/vested parties will be met with skepticism and sarcasm, so why bother to ask in the first place?

If one is truly interested to find out, he/she can check the developer directly.

If there's demand for micro apartments, developers will continue to build them. It's happening in other countries, not just in Malaysia.

I did checked with sunrise then. They told me for office use mah. But some vested parties claims can use as resi. Hence the ambiguity pique my curiosity.

And for your information, there are governing guidelines for minimum sf as residential locally. Not just because of demand and any developer can just build.

Fully understand vested parties will protect their investment.
But why vested parties are so concern about not obtaining dual usage status or if it is pure office use purpose?

Great product and great price. Why worry?
*
Worried? I find it hilarious that a non vested parties is more "worried"/interested about the occupation of this project than I am as a purchaser!

I have zero interest in guidelines, so long developers obtain the necessary approval from authorities to build and complete their products.

It is still early days and if Summer Suites doesn't perform up to expectations, I'll dump it as soon as possible. There's nothing to protect and you can't argue with facts and figures. Debating about it online will not magically turn things around. Can't afford to be stupid like Genneva Gold investors.

Vested parties concerned about not obtaining dual usage status? That's not the impression I get from reading this thread. From what I gather, there's plenty of owners(myself included) happy with the end product. LAD is just the icing on the cake.

Oh now its a great product at a great price...OK!
