Moreover, this one is not grade A office.. many soxo investors (not soho like bingai8) are struggling & this one has no carpark which is imp fr bosses

Ultimately, this location is probably the most inferior n cheapest part of KLCC.. We will see how things work out in the next few months la..

Someone told me got unit in Cendana condo going for around RM700psf. I believe this should be large sized unit, though.

350k to 500k. Alamak. Skipped. Mana ada jumoing building price. Tipu la. Said office la..wat la..still wanna sell more than 1kpsf ar. If that bad u mentioned..should be 400k kochin kor. So ss is not bad at all la.
