well my dad is an example.
he's a BSc grad from USA.
got position as an engineer when he was first working.
but mind u that he's a BSc in mechanical engineering...
i don't know how do they come out with this "Bxx" shits during that time.
but i get ur point.. basically, u need to study ENGINEERING to become an ENGINEER.

Or would the management training program which is offered by certain companies will actually train the grads( even from non-engineering fields, i mean basically a BSc degree like chemistry, biochemistry ,physics ) well to prepare them to enter the engineering position after this training?
