I applied a job at halliburton recently and receive a call frm their personnel requesting my CV. Is the normal procedure or am I being shortlisted?

btw this is my 1st interview. i got my current job after internship straightaway so i do not know the manners and general know how. all those online advice are too general. i need something specific... |
