Do you mean the road that join Silk just after toyota showroom? That place is jammed like fark daily. I really hate passing it. I think you can go to Sg Chua by driving though the small roads right now.

For investment if could get good price after VP may consider sell it and if could fetcha good rental will keep it as i plan to retire in jadehill Do u find any condo with low density, less unit/ floor at this price ? If gamuda jadehill turn become like gamuda valencia sg buluh. u sure going to get lots of gain. i am not buying due to no bullet lio. now try yo sold some property and am waiting property crash and plan to buy landed in jadehill fir retire also. Cheras South has further transformed since I last checked on this place. It's getting better and there are much more infrastructures projects and commercial projects lining up in this area when some of it is already on the way.
