Date: 16 June, 2012
Time: 9.30am Registration Check-in. 10am War Game Briefing, Game Start approx. 10.30pm. Lunch Break at 1.30pm, Afternoon War start at 2.30 and end at 5pm.
Location: at the back of the Jade Hills Resort Club (JHRC) Car Park.

Actually Jade hill price not appreciate fast compare with others areas like Setia Alam.

Example late 2009 Purchase at RM752k, now only worth around Rm880k = Rm128K / 752K = 17%

Jade Hills still in developing stage. DPC took a few years to unlock value when it first started.

Yah, that's true .... commercial play an very important factor as well...but DPC concept wise, slightly different. everyone is allow to enter DPC for food, walk down the park, etc, and see those G&G neighbour surrounding the commercial area. This is like a 2 tier concept

But other project like valencia, Sierramas, jade hill, people typically are not allow to walk in directly without visiting friends who are staying there......will be good to live in though

Jade hill commercial is planned to be opened to public, ie: not located within the G&G

Agree, currently it is an unpolished gem, imho. I think JH value will be unlocked when:
- commercials is up
- international next to it is up
- more phases complete and hence more residents move in

People need to come n have a look with their own eyes how nice this township is ...

target on a Twins villa in JH for RM $1.51 M, for investment and rent out after collecting the key, dont knw how much can rent out and if it can cover the monthly installment icon_question.gif

Imho opinion ........ at this moment only expatcan afford to rent. Moreover long term tenant is hard but not impossible. Malaysia is not to that extend being a lux to expat. Expats now more worrying to keep their job...keep contact with jhto rent it out will be vry helpful. Cheers.

Jadite suites u meant ?

Booked one and thought of another one, like the low density and per floor units is low too.
Hoping they will launch the commercial end this year than completion would be at same time with their suites rclxms.gif

I think your jadite suites will do well. I am not worry about the condo over supply in market with jade hill.

this because jadehill product differentiation will make no one can supply the same in this part of town.

Jade Hill is so expensive but it is really very beautiful.

Developer promote expactre to live here

Got international school nearby

most buyer buy for own stay.

One floor 4 units only.

100% no floor la here. it is hill ma.

Developer will built road connect to silk highway. easy to get to jusco and mines

developer also will control the type of shop buy leasing them not selling.


i think very easy to rent out to Japanese that work in bangi

gamuda is building road from its first roundabout to shop lot in taman kerumas to taman sinara to taman setia to taman impIan ehsan to silk highway.( planning stages now)

No main hamtan

oh. i have one link house and recently book one condo . being there more than 15 times

i do my homework before invest one!
