Freezer, if you work in PJ, Jade Hills would be too far to travel for you.
DA and Jade Hills different concept. JH is fully g&g, lots of open space, gardens, lakes. And, they have a nice clubhouse. What do you mean it is run down and poorly maintained?

Jade Hills still in developing stage. DPC took a few years to unlock value when it first started.

Do you mean the road that join Silk just after toyota showroom? That place is jammed like fark daily. I really hate passing it. I think you can go to Sg Chua by driving though the small roads right now.

QUOTE(firett @ Jul 30 2012, 02:03 PM) Went over yesterday (Sunday) to the Sales Gallery Still some units left, semi-dee, bungalow etc To me....a bit "far" (relatively speaking), prefer Twin Palms more (but TP more expensive!)........for that matter of fact personally (my own opinion) I would rate Tropicana Cheras higher than JH (minus of course the access road leading out from Tropicana.........if there's any other roads out from Tropicana, I bet all their units would have been sold out by now!) Like I've said, each individual own preference TP is cheaper than JH, why more expensive? What are you comparing with? PSF is cheaper, but maintenance fees is slightly higher.

This "foreigner" selection is strange. When you have "brown/black/yellow foreigners living here, you feel the place is "chap" or cheap. When the foreigners are "white" the price/status of the housing area is higher.....arent we bias? LOL.
Jokes aside, TP is more crowded as it has 600 houses built in 120 acres compared with 800 houses in 300+ acres...TP has almost double the density of JH.
You see rows and rows of identical houses along the street... quite typical malaysian styles. In JH, the houses are spaced apart and they have nice meandering roads....all good fengshui types.

Gangho, why would you think anyone would sell you at or below developer price?
If you can't afford this Jade Hills, look for those closer to your budget.

My mistake....it should be gnxxxx, not gangho...lol.
Actually, Nadayu and Kajang 2 not bad too. Terrace still have below RM1mil?
REgarding the TP semid, I wonder which lucky guy got it. It is the choice unit right next to park, with 4600 sq ft built up and huge land!

I dont know if mid astma can be cured, but the attacks can be reduced if you have less irritants in the air. Fresh air like JH certainly helps. Ask those who stay near forest reserve or greeneries.

Anyone caught in the floods tonight? Jams everywhere. I read that Sg. Chua, Sg. Long, Serdang, Kajang, Bangi are all flooded.
Added on September 5, 2012, 11:00 amCountry Heights was also flooded. I know Sg. Ramal Dalam is prone to flood and it is just next to Country Heights. The Star reported that both housing estates were affected in yesterday's flood.

Actually, the worst ones are those in the older town area where there is a market just next to the river.
Yesterday, Sg. Kuyoh overflowed, so Serdang were affected.

Flood near Minlon? That is the whole stretch of Besraya that is seriously affected. No one can drive through at 8pm cos the whole road was flooded. Then by 11pm, the road was clear except from Mines to Minlon..
Regarding country heights flood, is it the houses inside or those houses outside country heights? If inside, really charm loh.
I know Sungai Ramal Dalam used to flood cos I wanted to buy a bungalow there (very cheap). When I went to survey the house, I saw a faint brown line 3 ft high on the wall. I immediately told my spouse that place is prone to flooding.

Is this the clearing that also caused Country Heights flood? CH is even lower than JH.

That day, the flood was centralized at Serdang/Besraya between UPM and Serdang KTM. Lots of flat areas around that zone got flooded....Sri Serdang to Country Heights. Kajang town was spared.
