Went over yesterday (Sunday) to the Sales Gallery

Still some units left, semi-dee, bungalow etc

To me....a bit "far" (relatively speaking), prefer Twin Palms more (but TP more expensive!)........for that matter of fact personally (my own opinion) I would rate Tropicana Cheras higher than JH (minus of course the access road leading out from Tropicana.........if there's any other roads out from Tropicana, I bet all their units would have been sold out by now!)

Like I've said, each individual own preference

For comparison between Jadehills and Twin Palms, you can refer to the following link:-

Comparisons have been made from lots of angles including the landscaping, clubhouse, workmanship, accessibility & etc

http://myrealestate.com.my/viewtopic.php?t=15410

Gamuda is developing Jadehills phase by phase and judging from the Master Plan, maybe there are 40%+ yet to be opened to the market if not more.

Comparing purely on location, Twin Palms is obviously located in much more developed neighborhood. However, as more and more development coming out in the locality, the whole big environment would be transformed and there is where the true value of the property would be unfold.

Better than my expectation. Situation will only get better as the town and city grows.

TP is cheaper than JH, why more expensive? What are you comparing with?

PSF is cheaper, but maintenance fees is slightly higher.

Sorry bro Twins9,

The SA mentioned that TP Maya type A 1.44m, type B1 1.6m and type B2 1.538m to 1.628m (only left very limited units at that time, about 2 weeks ago......in fact SA took us for a tour to the units)

Whereas at JH, the SA told us the semi-d pricing from around 1.36m to 1.5m (we did not "tour" the show house as my wife complained "too far"), so we leave it as it's.

Took a look at Nadayu92 too......quite impressive ........pricing around 1.47m, but "quite near" to the HTC (you can see the the cables dangling high up in the air)

Still, TP remain our first choice (but not much units left) because of the traffic, security and resort-like living BUT it's more than RM1m........so
need to think it over and look-see-look-see (HAHA!)

Yes. jadehill is more expensive. tp built up is higher. jh is smaller.

For future price appreciation. i think jh will be higher. but got to wait as jh still have many launching that takes another 4-5 years.

Low density in jh. only 3 units per arce. if not wrong jh have 350+ arce but only built less than 800 units .

1. Jh have commercial center
2.gamuda is bigger payer
3.gammuda have done it before. their valencia is just supper.
4. Wait until the jh tree mature we can see the more different.
5. Fend sui is hill behid. lake in front . u found it in jh la.

Note. i might be bias toward jh.

When you talked about Feng Shui........lake in front, hill behind.....bro,
not so simple !

If it's that simple....every tom d*** and harry can become a FS Master!!
It depend on a lot of things, that's why you need to engage a bonafide FS Master

I'm no master.....so i rest my case. But whether TP of JH enjoy better FS overall, well I really don't know !

JH is good like I've said earlier........just that it's a bit "far" for us (at least for my family members)

I'm neutral......JH has its strong points, so do TP. For that matter of fact,
Tropicana Cheras, Nadayu92, Mutiara Villa, Sentosa Heights and a host of others developments had their good points and bad marks too.

It all boils down to own individual preferences and of course RINGGIT AND SEN !!

I really like Jade Hills. Unfortunately, I dont like the location. If Jade Hills is in Kota Kemuning, Puchong or Subang Jaya, I will definitely be staying there.

This "foreigner" selection is strange. When you have "brown/black/yellow foreigners living here, you feel the place is "chap" or cheap. When the foreigners are "white" the price/status of the housing area is higher.....arent we bias? LOL.

Jokes aside, TP is more crowded as it has 600 houses built in 120 acres compared with 800 houses in 300+ acres...TP has almost double the density of JH.

You see rows and rows of identical houses along the street... quite typical malaysian styles. In JH, the houses are spaced apart and they have nice meandering roads....all good fengshui types.
